Please note that since our products are handwoven, as the fabrics are pure and delicate, each Saree requires very careful handling. Hence ,we are able to offer returns and exchanges only in extreme circumstances.
To be eligible for a Return/exchange, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must be also in the original packaging sent along with original bill and tags intact.
We aim to process all returns and exchange within 7 working days.
In order to initiate the process of returning the Saree , the customer has to raise the return request by contacting us via email or phone within 2 days of receiving the Saree.
Return shipping – once we confirm the acceptance of Return / Exchange , kindly ship the Saree back to the following address-

You will be responsible for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
we reserve the right to refuse a return / exchange if found not valid , in which case the relevant reasoning will be provided to you. The customer will be responsible for any applicable customers and duties for both the returned shipment and the items we ship in exchange.
